The system consists of three components: the RF card, the System Management Unit, and the Well Irrigation Controller.

III. Functional Features of the Well Irrigation Controller

1. Contactless M1 card prepaid management – tap the card to start/stop the pump, with automatic metering, billing, and deduction.

2. Configurable electricity‑based or time‑based metering – calculates costs based on electricity consumption / operating time and the preset unit price, meeting various metering and billing requirements.

3. Supports multiple cards per well, one card for multiple wells; or one dedicated well‑authorized card for 1‑30 users.

4. Comprehensive protection: motor phase‑loss protection, overload protection, and short‑circuit protection.

5. Configurable low‑balance alert – helps users monitor water usage and recharge in time without interrupting operation.

6. Smart identification – automatically identifies illegal or counterfeit cards to prevent management loopholes.

7. Historical record function – supports balance inquiry for lost cards, replacement card issuance, and invalidation of reported lost cards to prevent fraudulent use.

8. Anti‑misoperation feature – requires a second card tap to start the pump, preventing accidental startup when users simply check their card balance (without intending to irrigate), thereby avoiding pipe damage or waste of water and electricity.

9. Balance inquiry during operation – while one user is operating the device, other users can tap their cards to check their own balance without affecting the current user's operation.

10. Automatic sleep mode – when the power is left on unintentionally, the controller automatically enters a low‑power sleep state to save energy.

11. Queue waiting feature – when one user is operating, other users cannot interrupt; they must wait in line for their turn.

12. Enclosed ABS casing – splash‑proof, dust‑proof, and insect‑proof for reliable outdoor use.

IV. Functional Features of the System Management Unit

1. PC‑based version: Windows operating system, Chinese software interface, large‑capacity database.

2. Stand‑alone version: Can be used without a computer; features Chinese‑character on‑screen prompts for easy operation.

3. Can manage 1 to 50,000 well irrigation controllers; can issue and manage 1 to 50,000 RF cards.

4. Village‑code locking function – prevents modification of the village code, avoiding cross‑village recharge management confusion.

5. Pulse‑constant locking function – prevents accidental modification of the pulse constant, ensuring metering accuracy.

6. Recharge statistics function – facilitates account management and prevents malpractice by administrative or operating personnel.

7. Two‑level access management – clear separation of administrator and operator permissions; operators have only usage rights.

8. Administrator password recovery function – allows resetting a forgotten password, ensuring usability with maximum user‑friendly design.
